Village Idiot

The Village Idiot, also known as the Jester, is a role given to the player with a neutral-alignment. Rather than attempting to remove the Villagers, or the Mafia, or even surviving, the Village Idiot's objective is to be eliminated by the vote. If the Village Idiot is killed in any other way, such as by a Vigilante or a Mafia, they lose.

In Phalla, it is common for the Idiot's Win Condition not to be exclusive, and for the game to continue if the Idiot succeeds. In some Phalla, the Idiot's success may cause an otherwise impossible event to occur.

Example:

-In AdventFalls' Transylvanian Madness mini, the Village Idiot (Toxic Toys) was voted out on Day 1. His being voted out resulted in the Monster Hunter becoming masoned with a random Villager, and the Villager being turned into another Monster Hunter.
