Spectrum is a rampant AI out to create the perfect Phalla subroutine from composites of famous Phallaters. Its first appearance was in the Suikoden Phalla run by Frosteey.
It is also, unfortunately, a giant millstone. Its teams will always suffer from bad luck, inactivity, or a perfect storm of being screwed by other players' actions.
