Julius Caezure lurked around the Penny Arcade forums for quite some time before finally joining on May 4, 2009 to follow a handful of PbP and 4e threads. He was somewhat intrigued by this whole "phalla" thing, but couldn't find one that was accessible. He lucked onto Hylianbunny's Chuck vs. the Miniphalla and was hooked. He signed up for the very next mini that came available, Dac Vin's The Scarlet Devil and the Witch Thief mini.
Since that time he has become essentially addicted to phalla and is one of those sorry s.o.b.'s that signs up for nearly every game that comes along.
